Visiting, living and contemplating... 

The Central Hall, the heart of the project, covered by a dome, distributes to the first living room called living room fireplace, to our left the second living room overlooking the pool, terraces and the gardens and to our right, the central hall leads us to the gastronomic corner where we find the dining room and kitchen.

The second living room is in fact a semi-enclosed space, since it is its ability to be modular that prevails and allows it to open completely on the garden and the swimming pool during the summer season...

Thanks to the sliding glass canopies, the living room area can be totally transformed into an outdoor space during the summer, giving directly onto the swimming pool and the grassed area. 

The distribution to the residential suites is done through a well determined axis that leads us to the left to the twin suites: (Lotus and Iris) passing through a covered passage in the image of the "SABBAT" doing call to the Arab-Mediterranean medinas... and to the right to the "Frésia" room, to the "Rose" and "DOKKENA" room which will be endowed with a rather picturesque treatment.

The staircase that leads us to the floor ... This staircase distributes on the first floor towards an access to the beautiful private terrace to reach the large suite "Camélia" with its private terrace and garden.  

As well as the room "Mimosa" giving directly on the swimming pool via a large bay window... 

The whole is set in a natural setting with an exterior treatment impregnated with a typically Mediterranean architectural language..."
