Surrounded by a long ochre-tinted wall, the charming little hotel Dar Dhiafa gathers some five village houses or houch in the heart of the medina of Erriadh, on the island of Djerba.

It is a real maze of corridors overlooking discreet courtyards with elaborate doors and stone benches that invite you to rest. Two pretty basins have been created in the center of two of them where it is good to refresh oneself by big heats.

In the evening, when all the lanterns are lit, it's enchanting! Overlooking the patios, the rooms are spacious with their alcove bed, their lounge area, dressing room and bathroom with warm patinas made of tadelak.

The suites, larger with their two alcove beds, can accommodate families in particular. At the bend of one of the many corridors of the hotel, a superb and monumental hammam with green-tinted walls and subdued lighting. The red and white lounges, as well as the bar, welcome guests for a moment of relaxation or to enjoy a refreshing drink or mint tea.

For lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers an a la carte menu where salads, meat and fish are served alongside the simmered dishes of traditional cuisine.

All this orchestrated by Chiara, of Italian origin, who leads this small business with great gentleness and kindness.
