Day 1: Tunis - Sejnane - Tabarka

Departure from Tunis to Sejnane via Mateur.

Visit to Sejnenia: Explore the unique ecosystem of Sejnenia, discover ecological construction in the ecodome, and become acquainted with the SEJNENIA GIE and the potters of Sejnane.

Breakfast: Start the day with a delicious meal including coffee, honey, cheese, olive oil, and tabouna bread.

Pottery initiation workshop: Participate in a pottery initiation workshop led by the potters. Admire the creations on display for sale and learn about the pottery-making process.

Lunch at Cap Serrat.

Departure to Tabarka.

Dinner and Accommodation at Dar El Karma: Enjoy a peaceful setting a few kilometers from Tabarka, bordered by the Oued El Kebir.

Dar El Karma:

Located a few kilometers from Tabarka, Dar El Karma is a lodge nestled in a natural setting, bounded by the Oued El Kebir and surrounded by the ancient river passage. Accommodation: Rooms offer a warm atmosphere with picturesque views, providing a unique relaxation experience. Day 2: Tabarka - Outdoor Activities

Breakfast at Dar El Karma Tabarka: Prepare your breakfast with bread, eggs, honey, olive oil, coffee, and milk.

Outdoor activities: Fishing at the lake, walks between rivers, bike rides, and agricultural tours. Also, explore equestrian activities, picturesque bike rides, and relax in the sparkling pool.

Lunch at Dar El Karma.

Dinner and Accommodation at Dar El Karma: Enjoy the facilities of Dar El Karma to satisfy your thirst for adventure and relaxation.

Day 3: Tabarka - Ain Drahem - Beni Mtir

Departure to Ain Drahem.

Visit to the cork factory: Discover the cork manufacturing process and explore artisanal products made from olive wood and rattan.

Lunch in Ain Drahem.

Continuation to Beni Mtir:

Beni Mtir is a village in Northwestern Tunisia located in the mountainous region of Kroumirie, a few kilometers from Ain Draham. Accommodation at the youth hostel: Enjoy the authenticity of the hostel for an immersive experience in local culture.

Day 4: Beni Mtir - Nefza - Djebba - Return to Tunis

Breakfast at the hostel.

Departure to Nefza.

Visit to the Borj Lella cheese factory: Discover the artisanal production of Borj Lella cheese made from Sicilo-Sardinian sheep's milk. Enjoy a table d’hôtes with local products.

Continuation to Djebba:

Djebba is known for its Bouhouli fig, which in 2012 became the first fruit in Tunisia to be protected by a Controlled Designation of Origin (AOC). This unique variety only grows in Djebba, a mountain village in the Beja governorate. Visit to the magnificent plateau of Djebba: Explore the picturesque landscape and discover the Bouhouli fig, an authentic and unique experience.

Return to Tunis.
